Fuck the website “Elite Daily” and their relationship articles written by young people. I’m so done with their bullshit articles on relationships. What kind of credibility does a 20 year old “writer” who’s still in college have the knowledge and experience to talk about whats best in relationships? In almost every article I have seen, the author is always some girl in their twenties who’s still working on their college degree and for some reason they never say how long they’ve been in a relationship. I’d rather see a 60 year old women or man whos been in a marriage for a long tie write these articles because at least they HAVE the credibility to talk about a long lasting relationship. These fucking “Dating articles” are bullshit as well. It’s like reading a newspaper with a big brown piece of shit covered in diarrhea and deep fried. Like I said, in almost all these dating articles, it’s mostly consisted of 20 something year old girls whos still in college. In almost every dating article, it’s a whole different girl, and get this, the “writers’ never say how long they’ve been in a relationship.

Crushes feel juvenile, with the giggling and the doodling your beloved’s initials in notebooks. But, unfortunately, crushes don’t just stop once you’ve graduated. Your infatuation may look different there’s probably no more doodling , but unrequited lust can follow you into your adult years, too.
And adult crushes, you could argue, are even more hardcore. Depending on your life goals, you might be fantasizing about marriage and babies with your crush plus, probably some mind-blowing sex, let’s be honest. Admiring the object of your affection from afar can be fun and all, but step one is to muster your bravery and find out if they could like you back. But maybe it turns out that your crush doesn’t feel the same way, or maybe they were never available in the first place — so now is the time to start moving on.
You don’t want to spend valuable time and emotional energy on the wrong person. The best option is to get over your crush and realize how many beautiful, interesting, and available people you could be dating instead. But how do you just get over a crush? Letting go of your lust for a person isn’t as easy as saying you’re done and moving on.

My grandmother has developed a habit of falling on her way home from Bridge Club. Her most recent tumble took place while she was carrying a bag full of fresh berries; as her body hit the pavement her precious cargo went catapulting into the air. But as we grow seemingly weaker on the outside, my grandparents have demonstrated that, internally, we often tend to grow even stronger in our convictions.
Love , it seems, can age quite well. With that in mind, I spoke to three women over the age of 70 to hear about the first time they fell in love, the ways love transforms over time, and their thoughts about all things romance-related today. Their wisdom has both inspired and resonated with me — all three perspectives are vastly different, and yet rich with history, emotion and nostalgia. I learned that experience in the present may be transient, but some memories are more powerful from a distance.
And when revisiting the past, love is a lens that adds both color and clarity. Behjat, 89, lives on the Upper East Side with her husband of 67 years.

The first time I heard the term was from my father, who, as a “cool” dad, stayed current on most things, especially where his three daughters were concerned. I was confused because for our third date, I had proposed a sushi dinner after work and he responded, “What about a drink at your place?
